aq training camp ended today. quite fun la..haha. i really wish my team can really push each other on the race day, without any tension. havent really been running much these few days..dunno whether tmr got training. wednesday got bike training fomr 9 to 5. hahha, it's like working hours right? then friday got wings cross race. grr grr grrr. must improve.
